A year in Denver!

One year ago today, we sold our first home 8 months after we bought it

packed it all up

Got Tyler (Alex's brother) and Alex in the cars and off on their road-trip to Denver!

 While Hannah flew with her sis...

We gave hugs to those we loved, cried quite a few fear-filled tears and said goodbye to the only city I had ever ever known as home as we took a BIG leap of faith moving to Denver (all while nearly 30 weeks preggo). 

In this past year we have had highs and we have had lows. 

We have both started new jobs, 

become parents,

 

bought a new home, 

We have had new adventures and found precious people in this new city who have loved us well. 

I feel like we have lived a lifetime in just the last 2 years. 

We have missed Texas - above all our people - but we have also fallen in love with this sweet Colorado life we are living. 

We are truly blessed and the Lord has been so provident and present to us and with us as we have grown together. God is good.
